My apologies for taking so long to do another blog post. Between the holidays and quarantine, it's been a different few weeks.

Here's a look at what we're up to this week:

Math: We have just finished our 2-d and 3-d shape unit, and will be starting our look at Data Analysis. We'll be looking at how to gather information by asking people questions, and how best to organize that information.

French: We've been plugging away at our Alphabetik books, and will continue to do so this week as we look at the -eur sound, and do some writing about our favourite activities. We also will do some practice letter writing this week as well as some reading activities, and getting back into the dictees.

English: We'll be wrapping up our second narrative story this week and working on our spelling as well. We'll be continuing with some story reading as well.

Science: We'll be looking at how we use rocks and minerals in our lives.

Social Studies: We are going to continue a look at how the Inca people lived in Peru.

Gym: The gymnastics equipment is set up and we are enjoying exploring that.

Please remember that Tuesday is Spring photo day. Everyone gets their photo taken regardless of whether you choose to buy one, so look sharp!

Have a great week.
